Decorator and Eggers’ delight. This unique egg has a dark green outer shell, a turquoise middle layer, and a white inner layer. An excellent egg to etch on to bring out the different colors. Each egg has only one small hole on the bottom of the egg. Different hens lay different eggs, so not all eggs will be consistent color or texture.

Blown Emu Eggs

The emu feather is unique in that it is "double-quilled." It has a single stock from which 2 feathers are attached. The body feathers are short (1"-6"), soft and supple. Great for fly-fishing lures, arts and crafts projects. The tail feathers are longer (4"-12") and are coarse. They make an unusual addition to dried floral arrangements, hat feathers and arts and crafts projects. Feathers are bagged in approx. 1 oz. increments. Please specify body or tail feathers when ordering.
